Do you already hold a licence as BREEAM International New Construction AP, BREEAM UK New Construction AP or as BREEAM International New Construction Assessor and intend to work in the correspondent role on projects in Germany and/or Austria?
Requirement
To be able to do so, you will need to hold a valid licence or be listed for the schemes BREEAM DE Neubau and/or BREEAM AT Neubau with TÜV SÜD. It is possible to simply top up your existing licence/listing in the correspondent role, mainly by attending a Top-Up Training for International BREEAM Experts.
Content
Explanation of the differences in content between the technical manuals and the differences in the certification process (certification, QA, etc.) between BREEAM Int. NC and BREEAM DE/AT New Construction.
Licensing
After passing successfully the exam you will have the opportunity to apply for the auditor licence for the respective country/countries within 12 months of completing the course. To work as a licensed BREEAM DE and/or AT New Construction Auditor or BREEAM DE and/or AT New Construction AP, an annual licence fee must be paid.
